- Location Data: GPS coordinates when using Time In/Time Out (TITO) features (only when the app is active and you initiate clock in/out)

- Usage Data: App features used, time and date of access, actions performed
- Log Data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages

Location Data and TITO
Our Time In/Time Out (TITO) feature uses GPS to verify that workers are at the designated work site when clocking in or out. Important points about location data:
- Location is only collected when you actively initiate a clock in or clock out action
- We do not continuously track your location in the background
- Location data is used solely to verify work site presence (within 100 meters of the site)
- You can disable location services, but TITO functionality will be unavailable
- Location logs are retained for payroll and audit purposes

With Clients (Businesses)
When you are assigned to work for a client, we share necessary information such as your name, contact information, skills, and attendance records to facilitate the work arrangement.
Service Providers
We use third-party service providers for payment processing, hosting, and analytics. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may only use your data to perform services on our behalf.
Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Workforce Connect, our users, or others.
